Booster Dose In Kathmandu From Today

Jan 17, Kathmandu -The government has decided to start booster doses as coronavirus infections continue to increase. Though it has been said that it will be applied from Sunday, it has been stated that the booster dose will be applied in Kathmandu from Monday. The government has stated that the booster dose will be available for the front-line workers in the first phase. It will be installed in 17 places in Kathmandu from Monday.

According to the Health Office, Kathmandu, booster dose can be administered from 17 vaccination centers in the Kathmandu district where vaccination is being conducted now. A meeting of the District Vaccine Management and Coordination Committee has decided to give booster doses from the current vaccination center from Monday.

In Kathmandu, booster dose can be applied at Teku Hospital, Police Hospital, Army Hospital, Armed Police Hospital, Teaching Hospital, Maharajgunj, Veer Hospital, Maternity Home, Thapathali, and other places.

To get the booster dose, you must have completed at least 6 months of both doses of corona before. The booster should be given the same amount of vaccine that was given earlier.
