Jan 18, Kathmandu- The Ministry of Health and Population has stated that the statistics of 20 to 24 lakh vaccines have not been found.

In today's meeting of the Education and Health Committee of the Parliament, Secretary of the Ministry Dr. This was stated by Roshan Pokharel while giving information about the latest status and preparation of coronavirus infection in Nepal. He informed the committee that while entering the first, second and third, i.e. booster dose, no entry was missed and some audit was not done.

The parliamentary committee has also directed the government to make necessary arrangements for vaccination of all citizens against corona as soon as possible. The meeting held at Singha Durbar today also directed the government to make immediate arrangements for vaccination of all citizens to avoid the new variant of Covid Omicron.

The committee also asked the government to manage the corona vaccination, saying that it was crowded. Similarly, the chairperson of the committee Jaipuri Gharti informed that the government has been instructed to vaccinate pregnant, maternity, old, disabled, and children at their homes.

The committee has also warned the government to bring the holding center into operation as soon as possible and to keep a close watch on the border area.
