Jan 18,  Kathmandu- General Convention Representative of Nepali Congress and  Nepali Public Relations Committee Australia Dilip Pokharel has said that forming a team and doing politics is defined as factions and sub-factions.

According to him while talking with Headline Nepal Bishesh presenter Sanjeeb Regmi said that it was advisable to form a team in Nepali Congress for better politics because of its democratic party. He asserted that his confession had been obtained through torture.

He also said that their aim was to make the Australian Public Relations Committee legal and institutionalized. He said that the Non-Resident Nepali Association(NRNA)  would continue to languish until it could be promoted separately from the Public Relations Committee.
