Private Schools Not Allowing 2 Days leave!

May 11, Kathmandu- The government has decided to give two-day leave a week from last May 15.

The decision of the government has been published in the Gazette yesterday. However, the government has said that the decision will not be accepted by the private school operators saying that it is impractical in the field of education.

In the discussion program with the authorities on the two-day leave organized by the Ministry of Education, Science, and Technology, it has been stated that the private educational institutions have a clear idea of not accepting the two-day leave as it will have a negative impact on teaching and learning in the classroom.

The curriculum stipulates that there should be 180 days of teaching and learning in the classroom in an academic session and 220 days of schooling in an academic session.
