McCullum Appointed Head Coach Of England Cricket Team

May 13, Kathmandu- Former New Zealand captain Brendon McCullum has been appointed head coach of England's men's Test cricket team. McCullum has been appointed coach for one year.

McCullum, who has been the head coach of the Kolkata Knight Riders in the Indian Premier League, will step down after this season's IPL.

McCullum has scored 6,453 runs in 101 Test matches for New Zealand. He had scored a maximum of 302 runs in a single innings against India in 2014.

McCullum captained the team in 31 Tests from 2013 before retiring.
