May 14, Kathmandu- Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut has claimed that Hollywood movies are taken from ancient scriptures.

The actress, who has been controversial due to her expression, said during the promotion of her film that the Hollywood superhero film was inspired by Hindu theology. She said that this time it has got a place of 'debate' on social media. She says there are many similarities between Hollywood superheroes and legendary heroes.

She said that Iron Man is Inspired by Karna, and Thor is inspired by Hanuman. The Iron Man's armor seems to be inspired by Karna. "We have read that Karna also wears the same kind of armor for safety", she said, adding that Thor and his hammer can be compared to Hanuman's mace". 

The movie 'Dhaakad' starring her is going to be released on May 20.

In the film, she is presented in an action avatar.
