The meeting started at 12:30 pm at Karki Banquet at Babarmal. Four ministers from the CPN-S are absent from the meeting.
Minister for Health and Population Virodh Khatiwada, Minister for Urban Development Ram Kumari Jhankri, Minister for Labor, Employment and Social Security Krishna Kumar Shrestha, and Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Prem Ale are absent.
