Motorcycle Rider Died When A Truck Ran Over Him In An Accident

Sept 30, Kathmandu- On Narayangadh-Muglin road on Thursday evening, one person was killed when a truck coming from the opposite direction hit a person who was lying on the road after his motorcycle overturned.

According to the information received from the Chitwan District Police Office about the death, around 7:00 pm on Thursday, a motorcycle bearing the number BA 06-01 P 1980, which was coming from Muglin towards Narayangadh in Bharatpur Metropolitan Municipality-29 Simaltal, suddenly went out of control and overturned on the road.

A 19-year-old Indian citizen living in Bharatpur-2, Mohammad Sakil Shah, who was sitting on the back of the motorcycle, was hit by a truck number Lu 2 B 55 going towards Muglin while he was lying on the road. Chitwan police said that he died on the spot due to the collision. It is said that 30-year-old Akbar Shah, the motorcyclist, is safe. Truck driver Arjun Pachbhaiya Magar of Syangja Galang has been detained by Muglin area police office.
