Nov 25, Kathmandu- Nepal Airlines, which was preparing Delhi-Bhairawa flight for next Monday, has stopped this plan.
As the regulatory body of India has not yet given any response to the proposal for flight permission, the airlines will not fly in Bhairahawa.
About a week ago, the Nepal Airlines Corporation sent a proposal to Nepal Civil Aviation Authority for flight approval for the Kathmandu-Delhi-Bhairawa flight.
Along with this proposal, the authority requested the approval of the Aviation Authority of India. But the flight on this route got confused after India did not give permission for the flight.
"The corporation had requested permission from India for Kathmandu-Delhi-Bhairawa-Kathmandu flight about a week ago," said an employee of the corporation, "but as it has not received a reply so far, there will be no flight to Bhairawa immediately".
