This incident is from Brazil. Ruan Rocha da Silva is the name of the young man who has a tattoo on his forehead that says 'I am a thief' in the local language.

According to the news, Ruan broke into a house in Cotia, Sao Paulo on Sunday through the bathroom window to steal, but he was arrested.

He was also injured during the attempted robbery. After his arrest, he also had to undergo treatment.

Earlier in 2017, when he was arrested while stealing a bicycle, people made a tattoo on his forehead and took a video. Despite all this, he did not give up his habit and became a professional thief.

In 2018, he was arrested while stealing perfume from a store and spent a few days in jail. In 2019, he was arrested while stealing clothes and then he was arrested while stealing mobile phones.

Ruan had a part of the tattoo on his forehead removed during the treatment. But he has not completely removed the tattoo.
