Jan 28, Kathmandu- After Rabi Lamichhane resigned as Home Minister, the responsibility was given to Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal (Prachanda).

The President's office issued a statement saying that after Lamichhane resigned from the ministerial position in accordance with Clause A of Article 77 of the Constitution of Nepal, Prachanda has been assigned the responsibility of the Ministry of Home Affairs on the recommendation of the Prime Minister.
