Jan 28, Kathmandu- Senior Vice President of Rastriya Prajatantra Party Ravindra Mishra has said that Rabi Lamichhane is not uncivilized and stateless.

He posted on social media and said that according to the constitution of Nepal, Lamichhane is a citizen who is eligible to receive a Nepali citizenship certificate.

In the Constitution of Nepal, page 4, "People who are eligible to get citizenship of Nepal will be citizens of Nepal," he has written, "He is a citizen of Nepal who is eligible to get a citizenship certificate." Therefore, he is not uncivilized and stateless.
