Jan 28, Kathmandu- CPN-UML Vice President Subaschandara Nemwang has said that UML will nominate a candidate for the presidency.

Speaking to the media after the Martyr's memorial program held at the party office Chasal on Saturday, Nemwang said that since it was already agreed that the UML would field a candidate for the presidency, the UML would field the candidate.

He said that President KP Oli is also discussing the issues of the President. Nemwang insisted that the decision of the Maoist to consult with other parties on the matter should not be taken otherwise and that the national consensus should be sought on the UML candidate.
