Jan 28, Kathmandu- 1 person has been arrested for killing his own father in Sankhuwasabha.

Police arrested his son Prem Kumar Rai, 28, on the charge of killing 73-year-old Gothe Rai, a resident of Bhotkhola Rural Municipality-5, Lungsung, on Saturday morning.

As soon as the news was received that Prem Kumar died on the way on Saturday morning while taking the cowherd who was seriously injured to the hospital for treatment when Prem Kumar hit him with a stick and beat him up, the police stationed at Syaksilagola police station arrested him. The police are conducting necessary investigations in this regard.
