Mar 23, Kathmandu-The outbreak of viral fever has increased in Makwanpur Thaha municipality and Hetauda sub-metropolitan area.

According to the District Health Office, daily 60 to 75 people come to the health post and primary health center under Thaha municipality for treatment of viral fever patients. He informed that 12 to 17 people are being admitted to the health institution and are being treated daily among the fever patients who come for treatment.

According to the District Health Office, some patients with fever have been sent to Hetauda Hospital and Chitwan Hospital for further treatment. 65 to 74 fever patients come for treatment in Hetauda Hospital's Emergency and Outpatient Departments every day.

According to Ram Chandra Sapkota, a doctor at Hetauda Hospital, 20 to 30 patients have been admitted and treated daily.
