Apr 21, Kathmandu- Nepal has won 2 gold and 3 silver medals in South Asian Kurash.

Nepal has won 2 gold and 3 silver medals in the first South Asian Kurash tournament held in Kerala, India from 7th to 8th Baisakh.

For Nepal, Yogendra Bista won the gold medal in the 81 kg group and Dikshya Magar in the 44 kg group. Similarly, Deepika Achaju won silver medal in 87 kg group, Pari Gharti Chhetri in 63 kg group and Arjun Chhetri in 60 kg group.
