April 14, Kathmandu- Nepal's Ambassador to China Mahendra Bahadur Pandey has handed over his credentials to Chinese President Xi Jinping about a year after taking office.
Ambassador Pandey presented his credentials at a ceremony held at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing on Wednesday.
Pandey was appointed as Nepal's ambassador to China on April 19, 2008. After that, he went to China and took over the responsibility, but he was not able to present his credentials to the President.
