School Selection For Such Programs In  Presidential Educational Reform Program (With Details Of Schools)

April 14, Kathmandu- The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology has selected 4,250 schools in the Presidential Education Reform Program and distributed funds. The government has distributed Rs 5.6 billion for various programs. Rs. 10 million to 650,000 has been provided to the selected schools.

Director-General of Education and Human Resource Center Baikushtha Aryal said that the program includes the construction of the building, construction of child development center, the addition of floor, trust-building, retrofitting of building, construction of toilets, construction of girls' toilets, construction of drinking water, and sanitation facilities, learning materials / educational materials, computer system, science laboratory, library. He informed that the budget has been allocated for the development of educational materials including solar panels, internet systems, interactive boards, smart boards, projectors, development of online and offline materials, new technology for quality education, and other priorities.

Proposal on purchase of a computer for use of information and communication technology in education under educational materials management for 50 thousand 10 computers per computer and Rs. 150 thousand per school for lab furnishing and Rs. 650,000 for quality education Grants as per the demand have been provided to the schools requesting less than the maximum rate of Rs 650,000.

Grants at the rate of Rs. 650,000 per school have also been provided for secondary schools that have applied for science laboratory materials and library materials.
