May 25, Kathmandu- The Pakistani government has twice banned the Tiktok app and lifted it. The Pakistan Telecommunications Authority (PTA) has adopted a new way to share content on this social networking app.
According to Aajtak, the new method adopted by PTA is to ban someone's account personally. The PTA has banned the account of sports commentator and former porn star Mia Khalifa in Pakistan.
The PTA banned Mia's account without any official announcement. It is unknown at this time what he will do after leaving the post.
After Mia's fans in Pakistan couldn't find her content, they raised the issue on Twitter. Mia found out that her account had been blocked through Twitter. But Mia, a Lebanese national, did not prioritize the PTA ban. What she wrote in her tweet has given some relief to Pakistani fans.
"I am re-posting all my tickets on Twitter from now on. "This is for those Pakistani fans who want to eradicate fascism," she wrote.
Many social media users in Pakistan have criticized Mia's support and PTA's work. He also suggested PTA focus on its work. Mia expresses her views on social and human rights issues. She spoke out against the Israeli attack on Palestine.
At the age of 21, Mia became a household name in the porn industry. However, she has now left the industry.
