Sep 1, Kathmandu- Model and actress Nisha Ghimire who was undergoing treatment at Norvik Hospital has died. She died at 6:51 pm on Wednesday while undergoing treatment, the hospital said in a statement.

"We are deeply saddened by the death of Model Ghimire, who has been continuously treated in the CCU of the hospital and despite all the efforts made by Norvik," said  Chief Executive Officer of Norvik Hospital Ajay Mishra. Nisha, who was injured in the accident, was rescued by Norvik Hospital on June 10 while she was at home in critical condition. After being rescued, the hospital started providing free treatment.

Her condition did not improve even after continuous treatment. He was kept in the CCU with constant oxygen support. Food was also fed through pipes and even the wounds on his body could not be healed for a long time. The condition had worsened since Wednesday morning after Ghimire's heart and kidneys stopped working.
