Feb 19, Kathmandu-Popular Nepali serial 'Meri Bassai'  Actor Surendra KC (Mulasag) has revealed that he has not been paid 40 to 50 parts. Speaking on Headline Nepal Bishesh program with Presenter Sanjeb Regmi, he complained that many people including himself were not paid when they were in a hurry. 

Artist KC has also opened his mouth about the controversy seen in 'Meri Bassai'. He clarified that the rift was due to the ego of Daman Rupakheti, Sitaram Kattel (Dhurmush), and Kedar Ghimire (Magne Budha).  He said that the current script should be improved and stressed that the village should be able to adapt the serial to the environment.
