Feb 27, Kathmandu- The government has issued a 12-point explanation for the US aid project Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC).
The government has passed a 12-point explanatory resolution from the Council of Ministers to further explain the contentious issues raised in the MCC.
The first meeting of the House of Representatives on Sunday passed an explanatory resolution before the Council of Ministers approved it after the discussion on the MCC.
