Machhapuchchhre's Brings 'Virtual Branch' Concept

The bank has said that the mobile banking app, which was earlier operating as Machhapuchchhre Mobile Money (M3), has been launched as MBL M-Smart based on a refined and modified Omni-channel.

The bank said that the new app has come with various features, You can reset your own password, new customers can self-register, open an account on mobile, take a loan from the mobile phone, view their credit card statement on mobile, Nepal QR. It is full of features like scanned QR payments, account linking to various mobile wallets, light water bills, fund transfers, payment of government transactions, and more.

The bank has stated that the app has been launched with the aim of establishing MBL M-Smart as a virtual branch and avoiding the hassle of customers coming directly to the bank. Machhapuchchhre Bank, which is moving ahead with the strategy of further refining and refining its services over time and providing fully digital services to its customers, had launched 'WeChat Pay' for the first time in Nepal.

Similarly, the chatbot 'Maya' based on Artificial Intelligence has been launched by Machhapuchchhre Bank for the first time in Nepal.

The bank said in a press release that the state-of-the-art call center based on Omni-channel, personal and corporate internet banking, its own wallet remit app, and many more are reducing the need for customers to come to the bank.
