RPP Leads In Hetauda Once More

May 17, Kathmandu- The tripartite battle for the post of mayor of Hetauda Sub-metropolis is becoming more interesting.

After counting 22,950 votes of the sub-metropolitan city, Deepak Bahadur Singh, who was nominated by RPP for the post of mayor, has taken the lead again. Singh has so far taken the lead with 8,693 votes.

Meena Kumari Lama of the CPN-Unified Socialist Party, who was nominated by the coalition, is in second place with 8,353 votes. CPN-UML candidate Ananta Poudel has secured 6,853 votes and is behind RPP's Singh by 1,840 votes.
