Sep 13, Kathamndu: Advocate Yagyamani Neupane and  Actor Jaya Kishan Basnet apologized to the audience after the Paul Shah case was not settled.

Speaking on the Headline Nepal Bishesh program Presenter Sanjeeb Regmi, said that the issue would be resolved within a month but apologized saying that the issue was protracted. He said that there was a shortage of lawyers to discuss Paul Shah's case.

He said, ‘All legal practitioners are in a position to help at the same time. But no one can always help. The number of legal practitioners may have decreased as it is inherent in the family to have a legal practitioner. ' Adding that the legal practitioner is a bee, he insisted that the juices from various flowers be brought to the hive to determine the status of the real honey, that is, the legal system and the facts of the case.

Basnet has also claimed that the petition he filed in the order had got entry. He complained that the lawyers arguing for Paul in the Paul incident did not raise the issue. He remarked that the lawyers had said that they would not discuss Tanahun's case without debating the case in Nawalpur where the first case was filed. He further added that there was a question mark over why Paul's lawyers failed in this regard.
