Sept 22, Kathmandu- A bus accident has occurred in Kyangsi Bagar of Rural Municipality 3 in East Rukum. 4 people died on the spot when bus No. C 1 B 9109 coming from Kathmandu towards Rukumkot met with an accident.

Deputy Superintendent of Police Prakash Dangi of District Police Office Rukum East said that 10 other people were injured in the bus accident in Kangsi Bagar of Ward No. 3 near Khawang Bagar of Bhume 2. DSP Dangi said that the identity of the deceased is yet to be ascertained.

He said that he was at the scene and more details were being collected. Police said that the bus fell about 50 meters from the road. The police said that the rear wheel of the bus fell into a pothole and the accident may have been due to uncontrolled driving.
