Sept 30, Kathmandu- Rabindra Mishra, the senior vice president of Rashtriya Prajatantra Party, is going to contest the Kathmandu-1 election in the House of Representatives elections. On Friday, he announced his candidacy at a function organized at a banquet.

"I want to assure the friends of Kathmandu 1, that if you send me to the parliament building in your area this time, I will raise your voice in the parliament as the most powerful member of parliament who can be proud of your area no. 1 till today," said Mishra.
