Nov 25,Kathmandu: Khagraj Adhikari of CPN (UML) has won in Kaskiy-1 (A) Constituency. Adhikari became the winner after defeating Deepak Koirala of CPN (Maoist Center) by three thousand 996 votes.
While Adhikari got 15,623 votes, Koirala got 11,627 votes. Koirala was earlier a member of the Gandaki state while Adhikari was a member of the federal parliament.
