Dec 13, Kathmandu- Relatives of the young man who was said to have died after being hit by a tipper in Tarkeshwar Municipality-3 Tinpiple of Kathmandu have alleged that he was murdered.

The incident took a new turn when the relatives of the deceased started protesting that they were murdered. According to Dinesh Raj Mainali, SP and spokesperson of District Police Complex Kathmandu, 23-year-old youth Sabin Phuyal was found seriously injured on Sunday night. The police initially sent him to the hospital for treatment.

He died while undergoing treatment. Although it was said that he died due to injuries in the accident, the incident took a new form when his relatives started vandalism saying that he was murdered. According to the police, the relatives vandalized the Tinpiple police station and also burnt 1 motorcycle. After the locals reported that there was a loud noise in Tinpiple on Sunday, when the police arrived, they found the motorcycle number 02-025 P 6189 of Bagmati Province in an accident.

The driver Phuyal was injured. Although it is said that it was a motorcycle accident, it is alleged that the tipper number Ba 5 B 6779 caused the incident in a planned way. If the accident happened, the unconscious person should have been at the accident site, but his relatives have alleged that he was killed by taking him to a pile of sand. Relatives of the deceased also damaged four tippers of Shree Mahalaxmi and Balami depot.

Relatives have accused the tipper driver and co-driver of causing this incident. SP Mainali said that an investigation has been started into the incident. The police have arrested depot owner Bimal Balami and driver Shiva Balami for their involvement in the accident and have started the investigation.
