Jan 11, Kathmandu: Unity talks are going on between Janata Samajwadi Party Nepal and Nepal Communist Party (Unified Socialist). The working group for talks has fixed the time for discussion at Singha Darbar on Thursday at 12 noon.
Rajendra Shrestha, Rakam Chemjong, and Gobind Chaudhary are on the negotiation committee from JSP, while Beduram Bhusal, Dr. from CPN (S) Bijay Paudel, Gangalal Tuladhar, and Prakash Jwala. Although it is not easy for the working group to find a meeting point for ideological and theoretical issues, it is said that they will try to find a solution.
Lately, the CPN Maoist Center has formed a working group to negotiate for unity with Jaspa and CPN-S for left-wing unity. In the House of Representatives, there are 12 MPs from Jaspa, 10 from the United Socialist Party, and 32 from the Maoist Center.
