Jan 14, Kathmandu- CPN-UML's Srijana Danuwar has been elected as the Deputy Speaker of Province 1.
She was elected as the deputy speaker in the Provincial Assembly election on Saturday with 57 votes. She was voted by the parliamentarians of the ruling parties Maoist, RPP, and JSP along with UML. There, Baburam Gautam of Maoist has already been elected unopposed as Speaker.
