Jan 27, Kathmandu- Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal (Prachanda) has expressed deep sorrow over the death of folk singer Bhim Paudel.

Prime Minister Dahal has expressed his deepest condolences on the tragic death of folk singer Poudel through social media. The Prime Minister has also expressed his deepest condolences to the bereaved family, relatives, and well-wishers. Singer Paudel, who became famous for singing dozens of folk songs, passed away today at his home in Syangja.

Poudel, who had been ill for two months and was undergoing treatment, died due to anemia. The body of Paudel will be cremated today at Ramghat in Pokhara, Kaski.
