Bharat Biotech: India Launches Its First Nasal Covid Vaccine

Jan 27, Kathmandu: India has prepared nasal medicine against the corona virus.

The Indian government has recognized the nasal medicine called Incovac, made by India's Biotech. India's Union Health Minister Dr. Mansukh Mandbya and Science and Technology Minister Jitendra Singh formally launched the medicine on Thursday.

Incovac has been approved by the Government of India after extensive testing by the Central Drug Regulation and Standards Department of India. This drug will be available in the market from the first week of February.

The pharmaceutical company Bharat Biotech is going to provide the Indian government and the state governments with Rs. 325 per dose. In the open market, the price of this drug is 800 rupees per dose. This medicine can be given through the patient's nose. It is also believed to facilitate the treatment of Coronavirus.
