Jan 27, Kathmandu- Meta has prepared to lift the ban imposed on former US President Donald Trump's Facebook account.

Claiming that Trump's social media account also played a role in inciting the uprising in the American capital two years ago, Meta banned Facebook and Instagram accounts.

According to recent news, within a few weeks, the company is preparing to return Trump to Facebook and Instagram. In a blog post, Meta confirmed that the account is in the process of being deleted.

It is estimated that the ban imposed by Meta on social media accounts will have an impact on Trump's political journey as well. He has indicated that he will be in the race for the presidency again.

Before the ban, Trump had 34 million followers on Facebook and 23 million followers on Instagram.

On the other hand, after being owned by Elon Musk, Twitter has also announced that it will lift the ban on Trump. But Trump has not got the facility to tweet from the account.
