Jan 27, Kathmandu- After the Supreme Court ruled that Rabi Lamichhane is a non-Nepali citizen, now he will no longer be the party chairman.

A senior official of the Election Commission says that a non-Nepali citizen cannot be the chairman or president of a party in Nepal. "Now he is not a citizen and after all the positions of parliamentarians and ministers are gone, he cannot even be the chairman or president of the party", according to the official of the commission.
