Jan 28, Kathmandu- Two people have been arrested with illegal weapons in Dhanusha. 26-year-old Roshan Mahato and 36-year-old Shankar Mahato are among those arrested.

Dhunsha District Police Office said that when the joint police team of Mahendranagar Area Police Office and District Police Office Dhanusha conducted a house search on the evening of January 26th based on special information, they were arrested with a pistol and further investigations have been carried out.

1 Mauser pistol, 1 magazine loaded in that pistol, and 2 bullets loaded in the magazine were recovered from them. Mentioning that it has come to light that the pistol was purchased and brought from a group on the Indian border, the police also said that further investigation work has been accelerated.
