43 Players In Closed Training of The Women's Team

Jan 30, Kathmandu: All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) has called 43 players for closed training for a women's football friendly against India.

Anant Thapa, the head coach of the women's team, made a preliminary selection of 43 players on Monday. ANFA has announced that the friendly matches will be held in India between February 13 and 25. ANFA appointed Thapa as the main trainer only on Sunday. It is said that the training of the women's team will start on Tuesday.

Savitra Bhandari, Anjila Tumbapo Subba, Anita Basnet, Saru Limbu, Amisha Karki, Amrita Jaisi, Anita KC, Anjali Waiwa, Anjana Rana Magar, Anushka Sherpa, Vimala Vik, Vimala Chaudhary, Chandra Bhandari, Deepa Neupane, Deepa Shahi, Ganga Gurung, Gihim Kumari Gurung, Geeta Rana, Hima Chaudhary, Heerakumari Bhujel, Kavita Vick, Kavita Dhimal, Khusma Rai, Kusum Khatiwada, Manika Kuswar, Manjalikumari Yonjan, Menuka Ale Magar, Nirmala Vick, Nisha Thokar, Preeti Rai, Rashmikumari Ghising, Rekha Paudel, Renuka Nagarkoti, Savita Ranamgar, Samika Ghimire, Sanju Kumal, Sapna Rai, Saraswati Hamal, Saraswati Iyer, Srijan Chemjong, Srijan Singh Thakuri, Sunita Chaudhary and Ushanath.
