Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Visits India

Mar 17, Kathmandu- Japanese Prime Minister Kishida Fumio is going on a four-day visit to India. According to the information provided by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Tokyo, Kishida is going to visit India on March 19.

During the visit, Prime Minister Kisida will hold talks with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has mentioned. During the meeting with Modi, various important issues facing the international community will be discussed.

It is said that Fumio and Modi will also discuss the G-7 chaired by Japan and the G-20 chaired by India. In addition, there are plans to deepen the Japan-India special strategic global partnership and exchange views on realizing a free and open Indo-Pacific, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement.

Prime Minister Fumio is scheduled to return home on the 22nd.
