Mar 19,Kathmandu: The main opposition party CPN-UML has searched for Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda in the meeting of the House of Representatives.

In the meeting of the House of Representatives held on Sunday, the UML protested when the Minister of Communication and Information Technology Rekha Sharma tried to introduce the bill related to the Constitutional Council. UML MP Yogesh Bhattarai demanded that since Prime Minister Prachanda was present at the meeting, he should introduce the bill in Parliament.

The PM is in a meeting. He has to present the subject. It is not appropriate for another minister to present when he is already present. We have objection to this. The Speaker had to direct the Prime Minister. And he had to present it," he said.

Raghuji Pant, another member of the UML, commented that the justification for transferring the bill presented by him to another minister while the Prime Minister is present in the Parliament is disrespecting the dignity of the Parliament and the Parliament. MP Pant said that no reply was given to the issues raised in the Parliament at zero time and demanded a ruling through the Assembly to make the Prime Minister reply.
