 Corruption increases more in Nepal compared to last year

 Transparency International report  has shown that corruption has increased in Nepal this year as well.

According to a report released by Transparency International on Thursday, corruption has increased in Nepal. According to a survey of 180 countries, Nepal is ranked on 117th in the list of most corrupt countries.

Nepal is ranked 117th this year with 33 points. Last year, Nepal was ranked 113th with 34 points. According to Transparency International Nepal, corruption in Nepal has increased by 4 points compared to last year.

Transparency International Nepal said in a press conference on Thursday that Denmark and New Zealand are among the least corrupt countries. Denmark and New Zealand have 88 points out of 100.

The most corrupt countries are South Sudan and Somalia.

Among the South Asian nations, Bhutan is ranked 24th with 68 points, Maldives is ranked 75th with 43 points, India is ranked 86th with 40 points, Sri Lanka is ranked 94th with 38 points, Pakistan is ranked 124th with 31 points and Bangladesh is ranked 26th. Afghanistan is in 146th place with 19 points and Afghanistan is in 165th place with 19 points
