May 21, Kathmandu- Bharat KC Dang, known as 'Simanta Guru', who claims to cure various diseases by looking into the eyes of patients, touching them, and applying oil on the body, has returned from Tulsipur without attending the program there.

Because the local administration said they could not provide security, he returned without a program even after hundreds of people had gathered. District Police Office Tulsipur Chief DSP Pushparaj Malla informed that even though hundreds of people were gathered at the Trisiddeshwari temple complex in Tulsipur on the pretext of treatment, in the end, they went to Nepalganj in Banke without holding the KC program.

"We were ordered not to go to such a program and not be given security", said Malla, "We had already told that to those who called KC in the district on Saturday night. Dilli Bahadur Basnet, one of the middlemen who invited KC to Tulsipur, also informed that he returned without performing the program after the police told him that he would not provide security.

KC has been posting videos on the social network Tiktok claiming that he has supernatural abilities. Believing his claim, people go to different places to show their peace to him. Even in Dang, people came from the surrounding districts of Salyan and Rolpa to meet him. Central spokesperson of Nepal Police, Deputy Inspector General of Police Kuber Kadayat said that Bharat KC, also known as Simanta Guru, is doing this work after registering the organization.
