May 27, Kathmandu- Actor Dayahang Rai has claimed that the movie 'Nirphool', which is going to be screened simultaneously across the country after two weeks, has been made in original taste. At a press conference held in the capital on Friday evening, he told the details of the film's production time.

"We reached the Ruby Valley under the Ganesh Himal with great difficulty to shoot this movie", he said, "It has been a good job." This will also be one of the best films I have acted in. This is a movie that tries to capture the original theme in an original way.

Speaking at the event, actor Dayahang Rai said that he wanted to act in a movie that would keep him alive and he got that opportunity in this movie. He said that the story of the society, the situation during the earthquake, and the problems of the citizens were specially raised in the movie. Similarly, actor Buddhi Tamang said that it is shown in the movie that society and the people of the society are stronger than natural disasters.

In an interaction with the media, Daya mentioned the context of his other movie 'Jari', which is currently being screened, and claimed that the cultural aspect of the Limbu community is present in 'Jari' and also in 'Nirphool', the cultural flavor of a different community can be found. "In the movie, I am walking in search of my daughter", he said, "but while searching, my village has disappeared."

Actor Rai has said that he would like to work in timeless films like the 1948 Italian neorealist film 'The Bicycle Thief' and Satyajit Ray's 'Pather Panchali'. "I will say this about Neerfool that it has expressed the story of our society through our beautiful scenes," he said, "In this movie, the story of the time we have experienced will be found."

The release of this movie, which was stopped three years ago due to the Corona pandemic, was directed by Phoolman Wal. Director Wal claimed that he wanted to tell the story of family and society through the movie. The film is based on the efforts made by a family member who was separated due to the earthquake to reunite, and the film stars Dayahang Rai, Rekha Thapa, Shanti Waiba, Buddhi Tamang, Pushkar Gurung, Jimme Chyoiki Ghising, Rajan Khatiwada, Saroj Aryal, Sarita Giri and others.

"An earthquake happens in a movie, but this movie is not about the story of an earthquake," Wal clarified.
"The earthquake in our society and life, the earthquake brought by the corrupt system is in the movie." The movie shows the struggle of a family member who was separated due to the earthquake to reunite.

He said that the film, which contains the story of rebuilding broken hearts and relationships, took time to be screened due to Corona and because of that, the production cost also increased. Sachin Ghimire is the associate director of the movie, cinematography by Pramod Karki, editing by Nimesh Shrestha, music by Arjun Pokharel and Chandrakumar Dong. This movie is being screened from May 26.
