Jul 21, Kathmandu- Inter Miami won after Lionel Messi scored in the last minute of his debut match.

Inter Miami defeated Cruz Azul by 2(1) after Messi scored a free kick in the 4th minute of injury time in Group C match under League Cup South.

He entered the field in the second half of the debut match. Before that, Thomas Taylor scored in the 44th minute to give Inter Miami the lead. Cruz's Uriel Antuna scored a goal in the 65th minute to tie the game.

But Messi scored in injury time and gave Inter Miami a dramatic win. Messi left Paris Saint-Germain this summer to join Major League Soccer club Inter Miami.
