Sep 25, Kathmandu- Koshi Chief Minister Hikmat Kumar Karki has expanded the Cabinet on Monday. He added two ministers and two ministers of state.

According to this, Buddhi Kumar Rajbhandari has become the Minister of Water, Energy and Irrigation, while Leelaballabh Adhikari has become the Minister of Internal Affairs and Law.

Similarly, Ram Prasad Mehta has become the Minister of State for Industry, Land Management and Agriculture and Niran Rai has become the Minister of Economic Affairs and Planning.
