UML Polling Station Vandalized In Surkhet

Oct 02, Kathmandu- The polling station of CPN UML Karnali province has been vandalized. ANNISU activists vandalized the city hall in Surkhet during the counting of votes.

After UML did not give the state to the polling station, saying that Satya Shahi, who was in the election committee of the Karnali session, had been punished by the party, Shahi's supporters went on a rampage. The glass of the city hall was broken due to vandalism.

Although the members of the UML constituency took control and handed them over to the police, they have been freed from the control of the royal police. The counting of votes is being done on Monday under the first convention of UML Karnali province. After the incident, more police have been mobilized at the polling station.
