Nov 17, Kathmandu- The much-awaited Hollywood film 'The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Snakes and Birds' has been screened in Nepal since Friday. This Hollywood film has been screened around the world while 'Brain Bad' and 'Tiger 3' are being screened.
Directed by Francis Lawrence, the film has been placed under the 'dystopian action film'. The plot of this film is based on the 2020 novel 'The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes' written by Suzanne Collins.
This film is a prequel to 'Hunger Games' released in 2012 and is a film of the 'Hunger Games' series. Tom Blythe, Rachel Zeigler, Peter Dinklage, Hunter Schafer, and other top roles in the film.
Set 64 years before the first film, the film follows a character named Coriolanus Snow who is inspired to become the tyrannical ruler of Panem. The previous series of Hunger Games with Jennifer Lawrence in the lead role has also been liked in Nepal.
