Nov 26, Kathmandu- The Nepali audience danced to the live song music of the popular Bollywood singer Arijit Singh. Arijit sang his famous songs at the 'Arijit Singh Live in Nepal' program held at Hyatt Ground in Chabhil on Saturday evening.

Singh, who took the stage at 5 pm, entertained the audience for about 4 hours. Apart from performing songs, he also gave autographs to the audience. In the program, he carried the national flag of Nepal given by a Nepali fan and gave some performances.

Since the program was held in the open square of the hotel, the crowd of spectators could be seen even on the roofs of the surrounding houses. There was a huge crowd on the road in front of Hyatt Hotel to watch Arijit's concert. The organizers had arranged tickets ranging from 6,500 to 19,000.

About 20,000 spectators watched the concert of Arijit live. In the program, he also sang a Nepali song titled 'Aau Na Aau Yo Mana lai'. He performed the program's bit with 'Achcha chalan hoon duwao me yad rakhana'. The event was organized by Garage Entertainment and MN Production.

Arijit is one of the preferred playback singers in India. Many of his songs are popular including 'Tum Hi Ho', 'Kesariya Tera', 'Khairiyat', and 'Apna Bana Le'. The organizers have been trying to bring Arijit to Nepal since 2019, but now they have succeeded.

The organizers said that the program was organized with the belief that it will help Nepal's entertainment sector as well as the tourism sector.
