Kejriwal Allowed To Be Detained For Another 15 Days

Apr 01, Kathmandu- Aam Aadmi Party chief and New Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, who was arrested on charges of money laundering in the liquor policy scam, has been allowed by the court to keep him in custody for another 15 days.

With this, he will now remain in custody till April 15. He will be taken directly to Tihar Jail. On Monday, the court granted Kejriwal's detention was about to expire.

In the meantime, he was presented again in the Rouse Avenue court. The ED had requested the court to extend Kejriwal's detention period and send him to judicial custody.
