Case Filed Against Five Including The Then Head Of Social Development Office Dolpa

Apr 16, Kathmandu- The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority has filed a case against five people including Dhananjay Acharya, then head of Social Development Office Dolpa.

The authority has filed a case in the special court in Kathmandu saying that during the construction of the covered hall and playground in the district where the DPR was completed in the headquarters of Dunai, they paid 9 lakh 93 thousand 940 more bills than the work done on the field.

It is said that the authority has filed a case against the then head of Social Development Office Dhananjaya Acharya, sub-engineer Moti Prasad Budha, president of consumer committee Dunai Abhishek Shahi, secretary Apara Gurung and treasurer Bishwanath Shahi.
