Hearing On The Petition Of The Defendant With Top Bahadur Has Is Over

Apr 25, Kathmandu- The hearing on the petition filed by Top Bahadur Rayamajhi, who is in custody in the case of fake Bhutanese refugees, has been completed. The hearing has ended in the bench of Supreme Court Judge Kumar Regmi and Tek Prasad Dhungana.

Former deputy prime minister Rayamajhi, former member of parliament Angtawa Sherpa, chief middleman Keshav Prasad Dulal, Sandesh Sharma and Sanu Bhandari have filed a petition demanding release from prison. Chairman of the Haj Committee, Shamsher Mia, has demanded the cancellation of the 10 lakh bond taken from him by the High Court. It is said that the order will come on Thursday itself in the case of refugees.
